Founder
Inspired by her own family small businesses, Lucy started managing the Salermo brand more than 20 years ago. It was there that her passion for all things HR grew. With more than 15 years in HR Management for large companies, she strives to tailor
big-business strategies to small businesses.

HR is not her only passion, Lucy has a dog named Lola and loves to take her on hikes and exploring the outdoors.
